SongFlow is provided by Holistic Business Solutions Inc. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team through the in-app support channel and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

After the 30-day window

Outside the 30-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Subscription cancellations stop future renewals; you can cancel at any time from the customer portal.
